West Bengal SET (Formerly SLET) Exam 2013

West Bengal College Service Commission (CSC), nodal agency to conduct state level exam for lectureship will conduct 17th State Eligibility Test (SET) on 15th December 2013. CSC has included few new subjects such as Computer Science & Applications this time.

This time SET will be conducted for 23 subjects: English(01), Bengali(02), Sanskrit(03), Hindi(04), Urdu(05), Commerce(06), Economics(07), History(08), Philosophy(09), Political Science(10), Education(11), Chemical Sciences(12), Geography(13), Life Sciences(14), Mathematical Sciences(15), Physical Sciences(16), Sociology(17), Psychology(18), Library & Information Science(19), Physical Education(20), Electronic Science(21), Computer Science and Applications(22) and Home Science(23). The format of exam is same as UGC NET.

Online application process has started. The last date is 26th September 2013. The fees to be paid is through Challan, to be generated after online application.
